Providing Survivors a New Skill Set That Can Lead to a New Career.
This will be accomplished through:
- Providing educational training and real-life training on various beauty services, such as Nails, Lash Extensions, Massage, Esthetic Therapy, Permanent Makeup, and more. Learning from our experienced and certified instructors who will guide them through testing and getting their permanent license.
- Continuing access to resources for employment, customer service training, mentorship, and education. Creating job positions within our sister Company Meridian Esthetic Therapy as a constant positive direction both in experience and ability to support themselves.
- Assisting program attendees to realize that they can make their lives better and easier with “Brothers” and “Sisters” to keep you on target and motivated. Opening a safe place to build community, and responsibility. In Shop section of this program is by far our favorite.
- Lastly, Graduating out with money in their pockets, Experience under their belts and state issued licenses. Our last mission is to Assist and Guide Graduates into their own home or a safer place than where they’ve come.
